Danny Lloyd discusses Doctor Sleep!!

Danny Lloyd played young Danny Torrance in Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining back in1980. Danny did a interview recently with THR to discuss Doctor Sleep, the sequel to The Shining. This is what he said:

“I was surprised… It looked really good. I was curious since there is a fine line they have to walk with Stephen King and Stanley Kubrick. It looks like they found a way to pay tribute to both.”

Struggling with alcoholism, Danny Torrance remains traumatized by the sinister events that occurred at the Overlook Hotel when he was a child. He soon finds a new purpose when he forms a psychic connection with a girl who shares his shining ability.
