A Queer Horror! follows a suburban high school student’s struggle to come out while stalked by a looming serial killer. Pressured by an overbearing relationship with Jamie and a conservative mother, Max ultimately has a choice between safety and identity. Inspired by the likes of Halloween (1978), It Follows (2014), I Am Not a Serial Killer (2016) and other slow-burn stalker/slashers, A Queer Horror! hopes to recreate the atmosphere of classic horror while exploring the characters and themes usually left out.
