Today’s Celebrity Picks is a film composer Toshiyuki Hiraoka. He has done the music for many horror films. He is a native of Japan, born in Yokohama. In the same time received classical and Jazz music (piano) education.
Toshiyuki started joining underground music scene as a guitarist. Now his wide music character is utilized on movie scoring and his desire of creation has reached to also filmmaking. Some horror films he did composing for are: House of Forbidden Secrets, Samurai Cop 2, WrestleMassacre, The Hart-Break Killer, Clownado and many more. I try to pick and write about my top fav horrors.
Honestly I’m not very familiar with horror movies, comparing
my friend filmmakers in USA. They know anything very very well.
And I didn’t include indie horrors which my friend directors made,
such as Brad Twigg, Chris Woods, Sean Donohue, Tim Ritter, Todd Sheets.
I love their movies very much and they are really talented but
it’s not fair to pick them cos I worte music for them….

Beautiful, strange and Dracula is weak…. music is awesome.
