I grew up loving horror and a lot of the movies then had these beautiful women, who fainted, tripped, screamed, and depended on a man to save them. Well, I took it as fun not as fact. I always have known how strong women are and that they can take care of themselves. But then I was so happy to see women get tough and take on the hero spot. Women getting men out of harm’s way and using what was available and not be a ‘rolling pin’. I am so proud to be a Woman of Horror. I do prefer to play the hero, but I’ve had a chance to play both the hero and the victim. But…nothing is better then taking people on with a chainsaw!
