Dren Productions releases new horror books!!
Press Release from Dren Productions:
.
.
Now that The Poe Chronicles is on its way, we here at Dren thought it might be fun to show you what’s next up our sleeves. If you guys thought the first half of our year was awesome, just wait til you see what we have in store for the second half!
But before I get to that, I would like to add just how thankful we are that the Poe Chronicles went so well. We had an unimaginable amount of people come out to pledge for that campaign, raising more than we thought we would. It’s truly humbling to see how people will come out to support these wonderful projects.
That being said, we hit a few bumps in the road trying to get Poe printed. However, we pushed through it, and have dealt with everything and are now back on track with the project. But what I learned from it is that you are always going to hit bumps in the road, no matter how hard you plan, and you just have to ride over them and continue on your journey, because if you get stuck, then that’s the end of the road.
Anyway, withour further ado…

Classic Horror Redone!
.
.
Yeah… we’re going there.
Just to clue you in on our little world here. Every Saturday night, I sit down and watch Svengoolie with my 5-year-old. For those of you who don’t know, Svengoolie plays like every classic horror and sci-fi movie in the book from the 1930s all the way through the 1970s. Some of these movies are a little out there, but we’ve fallen in love with them, especially the classic monster movies.
So, we thought, why not write a story that would fit in with those classic movies of the 30s and 40s, and make it something fresh and new. So, as the subject of the email suggests, this is the monster movie you never knew you wanted, but now that it’s here, you will be hard pressed to turn away.
Vengeance of Dracula picks up where the novels of Frankenstein and Dracula leave off, then it throws them together and pits them against a mummy! All the while, you have Van Helsing and Dr. Frankenstein on the hunt for their monsters, and they cross paths more than once with less than desirable results.
So, for those of you who’d like to take a gander, I’m throwing in a preview of Part One of this novel. You will notice that it has illustrations, but there will be more coming for the novel. I wanted to give you guys a preview of what was in this book. So, grab the PDF and take a look.
GET IT HERE!
We are hoping to launch this book in late July.

We are finishing up the art on this book as we speak, then we are moving on to coloring. And we are looking for a launch of this one sometime in October (right between New York Comic Con and Halloween).
We will have more to show you on this project soon.
Anyway guys. Thanks for taking a look, and we will be back with more soon!
STAY AWESOME!
